I am a member of the Atlanta Chapter of The International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP®). We just launched a contest in which a homeowner whose house has been on the market 3 months or longer and listed with a Real Estate Agent can enter to win A FREE HOME STAGING! 
Homeowners have until June 6th 2010 to send in their entry form so forward them the attached flyer, tell them you got this directly from your home staging professional. The flyer will direct them to www.homestagingcontest.com where they will be able to download the entry form.
If you don’t have a listing that has been on the market 3 months or longer, please forward this to a fellow agent that does. Or even better, post this flyer in your office. In this economy everyone wants FREE stuff so why shouldn’t you help your clients have a chance at this great opportunity.
