With a wide variety of amenities available for people to take advantage of, it’s no wonder homes in this community are selling quickly. Our Design2Sell team recently got the opportunity to visit Serenbe and stage a home available for sale to help the process. The spacious Designer Showhouse located on 326 Mado Lane is priced at $985,000 and offers four bedrooms spread across 3,078 square feet of well-appointed living space. Showstopping features include custom hardwood floors throughout, a spa-like wet room with an oversized tub, a 250-square-foot balcony behind beautiful French doors, and a custom tile fireplace. Staging this beautiful home was a fantastic experience for our Design2Sell team and we are excited to share the finished product! One of the first rooms we tackled was the home office. To accent the crisp white walls and doors with classic black fixtures, we kept this room minimal and modern. A glass-topped desk rests at the back of the room underneath a large black and white abstract painting. The dark color in the artwork matches seamlessly with the black geometric chair behind the desk and contrasts with the gold table-top décor. Two white chairs sit in front of the desk with patterned throw pillows. Other walls in this office also feature black and white abstract paintings.

Using the same theme in the main living area, we staged an open layout kitchen, as well as the dining and living rooms, with neutral colors and modern décor. Varying geometric patterns adorn the black and white area rugs, throw blankets and pillows. To complete the contemporary style, we added several unique sculptures and paintings, as well as a few wooden accents. Providing a contrast to the uniform black and white, these small wood pieces pop and add in varying layers and a touch of natural texture to the room.

A home at Serenbe wouldn’t be complete without a cozy front deck set up to enjoy the charming community and take in the pristine landscaping. The deck we staged brings out the black and white color scheme from inside through cushions, throw pillows and an area rug. While this section of the home follows a similar design as inside, it encompasses warmer tones and a more relaxing style. Wicker patio furniture and natural wooden flooring help bring out organic brown tones.
