First, you speak with a Design2Sell salesperson to discuss what home staging service you would prefer. From there a consultation or preview will be scheduled. If a consultation is your desired service, a Property Stylist will attend an on-site visit and give immediate feedback on furniture and accessory placement and overall recommendations and staging tips. An easy to follow report can be included and sent after the consultation if desired. If vacant staging is your preferred service a Property Stylist will preview the property to assess potential design and space objectives for the staging install.
After a property has been previewed, the scope has been established and you have signed your home staging service proposal, we will schedule your staging. Your Property Stylist will then begin a design plan and will start selecting inventory from our 13000 sqft warehouse.
After the entire projects inventory has been solidified and any add on inventory has been ordered, your project will be loaded on our Design2Sell truck and installed by your property stylist and logistics team. The property stylist will finalize the design and you will be all set to show to potential buyers.
Once you’ve scheduled your closing or your contract has come to an end we will arrange to break down the staging. Our logistics team will come with our 26ft truck and remove all inventory from your property. A de-stage is typically completed in one day depending on the scope of the property.
