INTERN
We are always looking for new talent interested in interning with us. We accept interns for both the spring and fall lasting for a minimum of 6 – 12 months. Applicants should have passion for home staging and design and an openness to learn and explore all aspects of the business.

HOME STAGER
We are currently seeking a highly talented and experienced Home Stager. Applicants should have (2-3 years) experience in the home staging/interior design field with an interest in merchandising.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and with others.
Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of experience in the design field. High-end residential, hospitality and commercial experience is a plus

LOGISTICS ASSOCIATE
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Logistic Assistant to join our team.
This individual would be responsible for performing all duties related to incoming and outgoing inventory in our warehouse and at job sites. Key features include:

Move inventory, or other materials to and from warehouse, storage or project site, loading docks, delivery vehicles, or containers, by hand or using trucks, dollies, or other equipment.
-
Ensure proper inventory is prepped before loading and unloading.
-
Work with other Team members, including design team
-
Ability to use various apps and tools. Inventory Management skills are a plus
-
Must possess a strong constitution and ability to follow Safety Compliance.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Moving experience is a MUST and experience with driving a box truck is preferred.

Valid Driver’s License and must have reliable transportation
-
Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced, time-pressured, dynamic environment. Ability to perform 30% Administrative duties

PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Logistics Team, including handling, loading and unloading of furniture. Maintaining our furniture inventory and projects in excellent condition at all times. Ensuring that the daily schedule of our projects is timely and effective.

This position is a mix of an 80% out on project (Metro Atlanta area) and 20% in Warehouse/Operations duties, working closely with our Warehouse Supervisor, Operations, and Design Team. Our goal is to transform our team and our processes to a “white glove” service environment. This is a hands-on position.
Requirements:

1-3 years of supervisory / leadership experience

Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent problem solving and organizational skills, extremely organized

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Team player with furniture/moving and handling skills
-
The ability to lift to 75lbs, climbing ladders, overall good physical health
-
Valid GA Driver's license, good driving record, skilled in driving a box truck.
